Is it time for you to explore your relationship with your mother or mother figures? In this workshop, we will uncover how unattended wounds impact our patterns, decisions, and relationships with self and others.

Together, we will explore forgiveness (where appropriate), release, integration, and repair. Through repair, we can tend to ourselves, mother our spirits, and shape how we want to be in relationship with the world around us.

All genders are welcome.

(Mothering does not always mean to be a mother to little ones - we will explore this and beyond).

You will leave with tools to ritualize mothering your spirit on your own or in community.
